BEGINNING OF YEAR PROCEDURES OUR RESPONSIBILITIES – When you return: ·ALL schools – All previous student accounts and data will have been deleted Prior to start of school: ·All summer school groups and student accounts will be disabled/deleted ·We will create groups, templates, etc, for the new student group YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide via email (Brent, Carole, Jennifer) list of: ·Teachers coming to your campus FROM a different RRISD campus oLast name, first name, OLD campus, NEW campus oWe will be responsible for creating new account for each teacher, copying data to new campus, deleting old account/data ·All incoming students who need to be created oLast name, first name, student ID, year (grade level) oWe will run script to create new accounts – we’re promising 2 day turn-around oNote: New K-2 accounts will be set for password not to expire Set your campus accounts to force a password change before or near the start of school ·Remember that forcing change affects Moodle ·Remember that if you DON’T force change, you’ll regret it!
